Hour and half for an order to be delivered.

Placed an online order at 5 pm... Food delivered at 6 :30 pm... After numerous calls and being tranfered from piller to post, i get told its system issues.... Totally baffled that no one takes accountability for such poor service.... The franchise is 10 minutes from my house... Pathetic is not the word
