Horrible service from Fishaways Lenasia South

I had placed an order for delivery via fishaways "Fishaways Lenasia South" app at 16:33. Time had went on and me noticing my order isn’t arriving anytime soon. I decided to call fishaways 17:35 and lady assisting me told me my order will arrive in few mins as she checked with store. At 17:51 I decided to go directly and collect my order. There it was my order on the table plus cold-drink. Manager excuse was de delivery man didn’t find my house number and I don’t understand why he didn’t call me! Manager or shop assistance didn’t even apologize they just gave me my cold meal and hot appletiser. My order was just sitting there for long for no good reason and I was starving expecting good service but I received a horrible service Fishaways Lenasia South.
