Horrible Service
<p>I called Fishaways at Shell Garage N14 to place my order. I received confirmation that the food will be ready in 14 mins. I arrived at the restaurant after 20 mins.</p> <p>I was then told by the teller that they can now start making my food, I must wait. Then I asked her what was the use of placing the order over the phone. She answered by saying orders placed over the phone are easily forgettable and in my case they forgot because they were busy with people who placed their order in the store. I can't understand that lame excuse, especially since the restaurant was practically empty with no one at the till and absolutely no food waiting on the warmer / food counter.</p> <p> </p>
