Horrible customer service and empathy

On the 2nd of April at 15:50 I placed an order online for delivery from Fishaways Lenasia South. After 2 hours of endless calls to the call centre and store, where my calls were unanswered, I was forced to drive about 15km. Arrived at the store at 18:00 advised of my horrible experience to a simple response, "I am so sorry, we will prepare it now. I only left the store at about 18:40.

After numerous follow up messages to their Facebook page and being promised a call back, they have still not gotten back to me. The service is absolutely horrible!!
