Horrible customer service!

I placed an order when I saw that they were taking a long time to deliver I started to call, a lady by the name Samantha who clearly has no respect nor the common decency of acknowledging that I used my money to support your business she gave me the worst customer experience I have ever had. She just transferred me without understanding my problem, she did that to me four times and the rudeness of the dobsonville staff remined me why I don't support local. The last call I made a man answered now that one didn't even bother. Proper training is needed or the right kind of stuff that values the importance of a customer and keeping it. I always order online but what happened to me today is something new.
