Horrible burned stale food

Ordered the Pop prawn hake calamari box at Fishaways Kimberley CBD. What a mess of a meal. 1.Oily 2.burned 3. Stale We pay for the meals with our hard earned money and would like to be serviced with dignity. I have a picture that would bring shame to the franchise, yuk.
