Mall of the South Fishaways is by far the worst ever!!!!! I had completely stopped buying from this ENTIRE FRANCHISE i.e. FISHAWAYS, STEERS, DEBONAIRS AND MILKY LANE even though they're the closest to me. From long waits and short deliveries with no lemon butter sauce, no condiments whatsoever... After an 11 month hiatus from this Mall of the South franchise chain I decided to buy as we'd been promised management changes! On Sat 2 April it took close to 30 min for a simple order to be done. There's no fast food at this FISHAWAYS! Apparently a "Smangele was sleeping on the job so Portia doubled as cashier and chef during lunch traffic time! Spoke to the new manager and he's also broods no confidence whatsoever in the brand! Their Milky Lane OFFERS NO Carry bags of any sort paper or otherwise if you purchase their Nicecream Stix bundles of 4; 8 or 16! From now on I'm joining clients who rather use Piattos for seafood. STOP EMPLOYING LAZY SOUTH AFRICANS & START EMPLOYING SOUTH AFRICANS WHO WANT TO WORK!!!!
