Highlands Centurion- worst client service - items not received

I made an order on Uber Eats via Fishaways Highlands. I didn't receive half my order. Uber Eats didnt allow me to log a refund. For the past 45min I am trying to get my order refunded or delivered. I have a manager calling me every 2 sec "to confirm" calling me a ****. Never received the FOUR petite fish, only 2. Also didnt receive the 2 x coleslaw or the prawn pops. The manager said I did as apparently "the cashier said I did". A relaxing meal at home turned into a nightmare that is NOT resolved. I will never, in my life, order or support Fishaways again.
