Half an hour to fry a hake

I phoned and purchased a meal which was the hake and rice which they told me will take 10 to 15 mins .i get to the store after 25 mins and im told its still not ready .i had to wait an extra 5 mins .how long does it take to fry a hake in your store and how many staff? The portions as well is not like the musgrave branch which has great service .will never be going back to the phoenix branch .The store doesnt deserve any stars
