Hair in my Takeaway with just a "Sorri"

I went to my local Fishaways (Waterfall) on Friday evening 4 Sept 2026 and order one of their Hake Specials. I live alone and often on Fridays don't feel like cooking and eat a takeaway. When getting home I opened my takeaway box and started to enjoy of fish, chips, rice and coleslaw. Within the first bite, I pulled out a long hair from my mouth from the takeaway box. Was horrified and took a picture of it and tossed out the meal straight away. The following evening I took the hair, the picture of the strand of hair and my till slip back to Waterfall Fishaways and showed the manager on duty. All I got was "sorri" and she told me this long hair was from the plastic tub lid that goes into the box from the coleslaw. I didn't believe her as I threw away this meal after discovering this long hair in my food which I paid R60 odd for. I doubt if I'll be ordering from Fishaways again and just get a "sorri". No, do you want a refund or another meal? Zero. Shocking!
