Great presentation

Now this is what I call great food. The fish was nicely gold in color and tasted tender on the inside. The rice was not soggy or watery and was cooked to perfection. There was however a few chips that were black which I think was due to the oil not being skimmed. Just make sure you skim the oil after every batch of chips so that nothing can remain in the fryer and get picked up when u have a new order.

But either than your meal was very delightful to my mouth
