Good Management
the employee on site, his name is Lutho. whilst I was waiting for my order and I was seated. he asked if I have been waiting too long and offered to check on both my orders at Steers and Fishaways. mind you, it had not passed the 10 mins time limted they had told me prior. great service from the guy, he knows his hospitality very well.
