Glenwood Fishaways unprofessionalism

I placed an order online at Glenwood Fishaways on the 24/01/2019 for delivery and made online payment and all went through. After an hour, I call the store to follow up on my order, I get told that the drivers are out I should wait. After like 15 minutes I get a call from one of their drivers asking about where I am, I give him my location he says he doesn’t know where that is he’ll give another driver my order. After about 5 minutes I get another call from a second driver now and he tells me they don’t deliver where I am. He passes the phone to the cashier who tells me the same thing and then I ask her so why at the first place did the order go through because it should’ve said doesn’t deliver to your place before I even confirmed the order. Then she passes the phone to the manager who tells me the same story and then promises me to refund me the full amount in 2 days which should have happened on the 26/01/2019. Nothing has happened to date smh. I sure know I will never use their services again
