Glass in my food!

Hi

I placed an order via Uber eats. I found sharp pieces of glass on the fish and I am not sure how much glass i ingested. This is a big concern and issues that i eat half of the fish and bit in to fine sharp pieces of glass.... No assistance when calling in to the branch...

This not acceptable!!!
