Full scales in fish and disgusting customer service

I placed an order last week Friday, from Sarnia, of which i was disgusted to find the fish was full of scales. On Saturday i contacted the complaints department via email and got a response saying i will be contact by the store manager till today i have received no response what so ever im so disappointed and disgusted by this customer service from all sides l.
