****py service!!! What is the point of having people who have placed telephonic orders wait in a damn queue for 20 min whilst others are ordering as well. Shouldn't there be a separate collections queue???? My food was completely cold and soggy when I got home. Such a waste of R218. Your staff is useless and call centre equally ***********!!! Fish Aways Malvern is a damn waste of space!
