Food over cooked, burnt and oily and rubbery

Hi <br> <br> We always buy fish, chips and prawn pops from the Fishaways in the L'Corro Centre in North cliff, in the last 2 weeks I purchased from them twice now last week Wednesday and this previous sat and on both occasions, they are re-frying old fried chips already and burning them and they oily as well drenched in oil, the fish is spongy and over cooked and the prawn pops are also over cooked burned, the food tasted old and you could smell the old oil on the food, this is so bad and the food doesn't taste good at all any more.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Kevashni
