Food below standard

Placed an order of a simple meal of (fried) fish n chips . On receiving my order, fish was soggy and I had to recook to obtain a somewhat decent meal. Complained abt it and received standard reply that query will be attended to. This did not happen. Also not the first incident with Fishaways Ormonde. Previously charged around R85 for for 5 little calamari strips, whilst the order was for a big one. On this order, did not get what I paid for. To date, I have not had any contact with the store/owner.
