Food Arrived 1h30 min later

I placed my order at 11:55. I get a call at 12:40 advising me that my order will take another 20 minutes as they only have one driver. I called them at 13:00 and I was advised the driver left 10 minutes ago. My order only came at 13:30, which I sent back. I fail to understand why I was not advised early so that I can make alternative arrangements. I was not even given a solution to this predicament. I called the call centre and was told that I need to wait to be assisted. I am very disappointed...
