After lodging complaint...this franchise store has proven to have one of the worst service recovery strategy in place...a representative from customer service called and said sorry for the inconvenience and promised to call back with feedback and compensate for the rotten experience and costs incurred. Nothing to date. They adopt an attitude like so many stores out there these days...customer retention and service delivery, non existent!
