Absolutely Poor customer service, ordered a family platter for 4 as a eat in, meal arrived 45 minutes late despite restaurant being empty, when food had arrived coleslaw wasn't given nor cups or plates, cups were left on the counter of the food warmer and then given 10 minutes later with the slaw, when I had asked for plates staff said that they were only allowed to give 4 which I happily obliged to, they later give me a single plate and asked that my family use the plates that the food was on, staff was rude and continuously laughed when I had asked for things, the service is poor and pathetic and the managers service is just as bad
