Fishaways - Summerstrand

Fishaways Summerstrand. Such poor service. Last night I ordered food for my family - to be delivered to my house. After an hour I contacted Fishaways to enquire about my food. The lady said that I must fetch my order. I told her that I ordered my food online for delivery. She said that they don't deliver food to my area. I told her that she needed to refund my money. The lady said that she didn't know how to refund my money. I asked to speak to her manager. I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes, wasting my air time. Finally I spoke to the manager and she said that she will get senior management to contact me early Wednesday morning to resolve the issue. I have not heard from Fishaways today. So they are sitting with my money with no intention of resolving this issue. I will never order from them again. Will I ever see myoney again? I'm pretty sure this is theft?
