Fishaways should rather just close their doors.

I ordered food from fishaways and Debonairs yesterday, 07 Dec 2018. Order nr 70 at fishaways. Firstly I ordered a medium hake and chips, with extra onion rings. they sent me a medium fish with rice, with no onion rings. Secondly, I waited almost two hours for this felivery and had to phone them because they got lost. This wasted all my airtime and I couldn't phone them to let them know that this was not what I ordered. My car is broken so I couldn't take the order back. And lastly, I had to give this food to the dogs as I am allergic to rice.

This is totally unacceptable.

I posted a complaint on facebook on their page, whats even worse, is that they don't even respond to other peoples complaints on Facebook.
