Fishaways served me rotten rice

Today i ordered online the hake and rice for R69.90 and went to fetch it at the store when I I go to work and started to eat the rice was spoilt it had a bad smell and tasted sour. It was as if the rice was from yesterday. I just ate the hake only because I was really hungry and after work I went back and told them that their rice is rotten. The lady at the till didn't even apologize but just called for some guy to tell him what I had said to him and the guy asked me if they should refund me or I was something else and I told them I don't want their food and they refunded me R30 for the rice as I ate the fish. No remorse or apology from any of the stuff. The fishaways I went to is the one at Rynfield Square Benoni.
