Fishaways Sasol Vaalpark - STAY AWAY and rather get fish at another store!

I placed the following issue with Fishaways Sasol Vaalpark (and Famous Brands) on 10 Oct 2020, with no positive outcome. 2 phone calls from fishaways (after follow-up from myself) were received (Palesa on 12 Oct 2020 just to get date and time of transaction, which I gave) and Belinda on 20 Oct 2020 (committing to get back to me on corrective actions) - to date nothing. Message on 10 Oct 2020: "We ordered the “Better for 2” and upsized to 2 medium hakes – the food looked good as per your adverti*****t, BUT: • The service was again more of an effort from attendant with no smile, just wanted to get order and get it over and done with; • The OK rewards machine did not work AGAIN – so much for advertising this scheme; and • when we received the parcel (refer attached photo): o the coleslaw looked like some “slop” just thrown into the box; and o the medium hake looked basically the size of the normal small hake (the biggest 1 not even 18cm in length) – additional R20 wasted!; The rice and calamari was acceptable, BUT we will rather venture across the Vaal to Gauteng and buy fishaways there vs the current Vaalpark store."
