FISHAWAYS RANDFONTEIN _ **** DELIVERY SERVICE AND COLD FOOD!!

I am very disappointed and disgusted in Fishaways Randfontein and will never order from them again!!

Yesterday - 28 February 2024 How on earth can a person order food online at 12h38 and only receive their food at 14h12 after phoning them 3x times to enquire about the delivery time? When I phoned to enquire about delivery of my food at +- 13h25 I was placed on hold for more than 7minutes (11minutes total on the call), the second call I was asked if I want to cancel my order (and then what about the money I already paid online????), third call I was informed that the driver is on his way.

Whoopee-***ing-doo, to top it off I received ice-****ing-cold food at 14h12!!

This is not service, this is absolute bull****!!!

Management is to resolve this **** service because this is not on. Randfontein's businesses are struggling and we try to support local but how can you support a place with **** service and cold food.

No thank you, NEVER AGAIN!!!
