Fishaways (PARKTOWN) not the right WAY.

The Fishaways in Parktown (Engen garage) has to be the worst. When calling in to make an order for collection, you get to their store and still wait like the customer making purchase at the tils. I called at 13:36 to make an order of which I was going to callect and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. And because of passed experiences - they never have the order ready as per given time- I arrived at the store at 14:10. And once again, the oder wasn't ready, the waiter was only then printing out the collection slip to give to the kitchen staff to make the order. When I asked about it, he proceeded to say my order will be ready in 3 minutes. When my oder came, there was still a misunderstanding of which order was for which person and they staff had a bit of a momentary conflict. I was given my order and left. Upon onening the food I realized I did not get what I had ordered, I ordered grilled fish but I got fried fish.. And not only that but the fish was a bit burnt at the top side. Their "fried" rice is soggy and and the peppers in the rice weren't t cooked. As much as I was hungry I could not continue eating. Because I was already far off from the store I could not take it back. I was highly disappointed.
