Fishaways overport..

This starts at fishaways overport... I order from there alot.. As well as family and work colleagues..and bear in mind that this store is far from where I stay but still choose it..I drove from the beach so decided to call.well got call register for proof that calls where not answered..I arrived at the store and 19:45 placed my order would the amount of times I needed to repeat my order which by the way was they two hake special.. don't think could really mess up as it nothing different from there menu..and then the manageress clearly had disputes with staff and then records in front of all customers that cashier namely lungi was really disrespectful to not obey a supervisor as she was trying hard to get everyone satisfied..it's not easy trust me..I had a car with hungry kids and still needed to pick up there orders from other take outs..and 55mins later I received my order that's after phoning customer service to log a complain..sad part is that i arrived home with an upset family and we did not get a chance to get dessert on the way coz we were late..I know fishaways food is generally good but unfortunately it's still closed coz of this whole delayed order with a chain reaction.. hence I'm typing this message at 12am.. People will probably think I complaining but let's face it if we don't, companies will end up closing and unemployment will raise.and owners want to know why..if this message does not do justice u most welcome to contact me.
