Fishaways Online ordering

I phoned to do an online order - and told them I was collecting at 4pm and could they please ensure that it was ready. This was from Fishaways Rosmead Avenue, Claremont Cape Town. On arrival at Fishaways - I was told that my order was not ready - they only start making the order once you pay. What is the point of having a phone in number to collect. You might as well go straight to the store and then order. Once I received my food - my chips were half cooked - had to send them back. When I got home my grilled fish - was not cooked properly - and that is because they had to rush the order because it was not ready. Not cool at all and I spent a lot of money at your store
