Fishaways/ Nedbank

Good day I visited Bendor park polokwane fishaways Cycad, I ordered when I was about to pay my card got stuck in one of their machine and the cashier explained to me this machine is having a problem with cards which have customers name prints they get stuck when you try to insert and removing them out of the machine. When the cashier was busy with my card it got stuck inside the machine, speed point machine is from nedbank, only to find the machine damaged my micro chip on my card while the cashier was busy with my card and card came out without a micro chip, then the manager by the name of Elizabeth came and was aware of this machine and called “one of the owners” in front of me and said the machine now is worst the customer card got stuck and she said one of the owners is on his way and he arrived after 20 minutes. The so called owner did not introduce him self, a white guy just said to me you know what your card has a problem? I’m like who are you? He said his working with this machines his a manager at Nedbank, I’m like you just came from No where and u just give me my card and say my card had a problem your machine don’t “eats” cards, I then asked if is this how you treat your customers or you just bein ******? He further said I can go anywhere and complain no one will do anything about it, his been working with this things for so long I must replace my own card, he won’t do anything about it and he removed the machine when other customers wanted to order, I then requested his business details he gave me a Nedbank card it reads as follows Louis venter, manager: Acquiring sales his cell number ********** 848 from Nedbank!.
