Fishaways Mall of The South very unprofessional!

Today, 26/9/2024 at 12h02 I placed my order. I ordered a spicy hot pot for two and I paid R169.90.

I sat and waited for my takeaway. Then my order was ready, order number 50. The lady without a name tag took my slip and in exchange, she gave me my food. A short lady, with multiple bids on both her wrists.

I went and picked it up and rushed out because I had to get home and prepare for work.

When I got home, my order wasn't what I paid for. Instead it was rice and fish nuggests. I was the only who was at the store at the time when I placed an order and there's no way that they could have confused an order with someone else's.
