Fishaways Lenasia South - Don't!

I have placed an hour well over two hours ago and I'm still waiting for the delivery. Called the store almost an hour ago and was told that the order was only leaving the store then. One hour later and may calls which end up being hung up by the store later, I'm sitting without an order. I cannot cancel the order on the online platform as all I want now is a refund. This is the second time this is happening with this very same store and to top it off, the delivery guy always has a foul attitude. What is upsetting is that no one from the store bothers to contact me to let me know of any delays and am always made to feel as if I'm the one at fault for requesting a delivery even though I pay for the service. Absolute last time placing an order with the chain as this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth, perhaps it's the hunger I'm tasting.
