Fishaways has the MOST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have NEVER in my whole entire life been so disguisted! At 6 o'clock tonight, I've placed an order at Fishaways Riversquare (Three Rivers, Vereeniging). At 8 o'clock I phoned and asked to speak to the Manager , her direct words were "Ma'am your food is out with the driver, I'll phone him to see where he is and phone you back immediately". At 20:25 , I phoned again and asked when can I expect my food and is the manager still planning on phoning me back? The lady to whom I spoke to said , "I understand you're angry Ma'am, but the driver is out with your food". So my question is? When does Fishaways expect me and my family to eat? Almost 3 hours later after an order has been placed.

This is DISGUISTING service! I am extremely dissapointed in this!
