Idiots have a call centre when you phone to order food...flippin useless, useless, useless way of ordering!!! Why can't they put you through to the shop you want to order from, instead if this call centre, who often make errors, have to process the order/call!!!!!! IS IT THE STAFF OR THE SYSTEM THAT'S FAULTY. Whatever, Fishaways, please FIX IT.
I usually buy from Fishaways, 316 Sphiwe Zuma avenue. The staff there are very pleasant, but telephone orders for delivery...A NIGHTMARE!! Fishaways fix this problem.

03 Apr 2024, 18:00I need to add something. After a HUGE problem getting my order delivered, it was finally delivered almost 2 hours later. NOW to show how useless the call centre is: I wanted to speak to the manager of Fishaways (ex francois rd) to thank her for her help and also for "upping" the order, AND tell he the food was best we've had. I wanted to express my thanks. Call centre wouldnt put me thru till I explained why I wanted her. I explained why, phone goes dead. I rest my case!!!!!!
