Fishaways Food Poisoning

In Nov 2024 mid month i purchased food at Fishaways Norkem Park Mall for my self and my girlfriend. During the night and early hours of the night both my girlfriend and i had food positioning due the the fish. We had been book off work for almost two days and seen the doctor for medication. I had notified the group the manager and se just simply said well what can i do eish. Then i contacted the Headoffice FB and all they did is give me a ref no for the complaint and still to this day i have had no reply or feedback from them. I also complained about the matter to the CGSO CONSUMER GOODS SERVICE OMBUDS MEN to which this day later Jan 2025 they keep suggesting to give the group more time to investigate the matter and also had no reply for from them since early Dec 2024. Its only Noe Jan end month I have has two email about this matter asking to give the group more time and that there is no time frame to investigate matters. CGSO is a part of the group FB so i guess they playing for time and so what. Really bad attitude to have from both side`s. Ill never eat fish from any other groups again.
