Fishaways extremely poor service!!!

Ordered food from Fishaways Lenasia on the 2nd of July 2024 at 17h25. Food arrived after 20h30! App said food had been delivered, which was a total lie. Manager had no customer etiquette whatsoever. Cashier was more professional than the manager. Held on for over 10 min on all 3 times I called because I told them my daughter has diabetes and needed to eat by 6:30 my child's sugar levels dropped to 3.1 and the manager couldn't care less and still insisted we paid the full price for the food. Driver went back with the food and we had to go buy food somewhere else and that order didn't even take 20 minutes. Until date no apology from the manager or even an attempt to rectify their pathetic service. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from Fishaways and will never buy from them again and will definitely tell me friends and family not to buy from them either!!!
