Fishaways diepkloof square bad service

It was my first time ordering at Fishaways diepkloof square, I've had doubts about the shop from long and it's unfortunate that they have given me such terrible service. It's so important to make sure your customers feel welcomed and that you exceed customer expectations considering that I will be spending my money there only to be made feel like I am a beggar. I got to the shop and started looking at the menu im order for me to decide what I'll buy, after I had made my decision I greeted the lady whom I found counting coins in her counter by the way. She did not greet back instead she continued, ok I decide I'll let her finish doing her business which is very unprofessional and risky what she doing until she decided to give me my attention, eventually she did I gave her that look of are you serious???... I placed my order and had to wait. While I was waiting the guy who was o Preparing my food disappeared I don't know where to. I was helped by another lady unfortunately the lady who actually gave me attention and prepared my food otherwise I would have waited longer. By the time I got home I noticed one thing was missing from my order I won't blame the person who prepared my food because she was helping because I am just standing there like someone who came to ask for food and have no money. I am so hurt by my experience with fishaways I want to mention this girl's(Cashier) name but I won't. I got the most terrible service ever and to make matters worse my order had missing items and yet I paid in full. I would like feedback regarding this complaint as soon as possible because this unacceptable for company to treat customers and worse have money placed in public where customers are to be given attention.
