Fishaways Delivery Time Ridiculous

It's been 75 minutes in a small town, and still waiting on our food. No phone call, no sms, nothing. We phoned 30 minutes ago, they apologized, and we are still waiting. This is ridiculous, especially since i am paying for delivery????
