Fishaways Cosmo Mall

Today I ordered from Fishaways from Cosmo Mall at 7:30pm and at 10pm they tell me the driver was outside and hooted and left because no one came out. Firstly My place is right by the gate and no one hooted. I would have heard since I waited since 7:30pm. Apparently the drivers phone was off so he couldn’t call me and whose fault is that? When they know that they are delivering food. They made me wait for 2 and a half hours with no communication on what’s happening with the order and why it’s taking so long and then call me to tell me the drivers phone was off so I couldn’t get my food. It’s absolutely unacceptable and no way to treat customers. Atleast communicate with the customers instead of leaving them in the dark!!!
