Fishaways Corlette, takes 2 hours to deliver orders

I Placed an order online and made a card payment at 12:30 its 1:48 and still have not received my order. Waiting for an order for 2 hours. Is this customer service? Order number:***4. I'm really not happy with this service, it's really pathetic to wait 2 hours for food?
