Fishaways Blue Valley Mall Vs Uber eats

Fishaways Blue Valley Mall - placed an order through Uber eats on 14 Aug 2021 at 6.30pm...the Uber driver arrived after 8pm with the incorrect order. Uber driver was made aware of this and mentioned that he had only 2 orders one of which was fishaways and one Debonairs, called blue valley store to complain and the manager Mandela blamed the uber driver for the incorrect the deliveries, and did not want to take responsibility for the order as the store handed over the incorrect order to the driver. Also there was no receipt for the orders which contributes to the incorrect orders being delivered

Looking at the reviews it seems like it’s common for Fishaways to blame Uber...
