Fishaways Blu Valley terrible service

BluValley branch (The Reeds). Ordered one hake and prawn platter for 2 with grilled hake and one hake and prawn platter for one with fried hake. Received 2 hake and prawn platter for one with fried hake. Paid for three meals, received two meals. Phoned the branch, was asked!!! by the manager "can we send you the food" after I had to repeat the problem more times than I can count. My answer was of course you have to send me the food I paid for it! Then he asked if we can come and pick it up, as if he is trying to outdo the horrible customer service already displayed. I used t be a loyal customer of this specific Fishaways branch but this was the last straw on top of previous experience with rude store staff, they will not see us again.
