I ordered online at 09:49, i do get that it was raining so my food was going to take longer but after 40 mins I called the branch because I could not track my order, they advised the driver has already left. At 11:26 I called the branch again, the lady by the name of Suzan who was very helpful advised she is going to call be back after speaking to the driver, she did call and the driver was just few sec here.

What frustrated me was that i could not track my order for more than an hour waiting for the food, then when i got the food the chips were try and no spices were provided, onion rings were wet. I did not enjoy the meal at al.
