Fishaways @ Sunderland Spar has horrible customer service

Horrible servece at the Fishaways at the Sunderland Spar in Centurion. The lady at the till Cecilia or Celia is a horrible customer service person. She's slow, rude to customers and skinners about customers behind their back, thinking they don't understand the language. I ordered something, she said it will take 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I was still standing at the counter. When asking if my order was done, she sulked and said she can't tell. When my order my finally done, she took her time getting it to me and immediately turned her back on me. She and the lady that prepares order started skinnering about asking too much. I will not be setting foot in that establishment again.
