Fishaways at Pavillion Shopping Centre

I want to complain about the poor service at the Fishaways at Pavillion shopping centre on Rivonia Road. The employees are *********** and need further training. I receive vouchers every month for fishways and manage to be able to use them at every branch except for the one at the Pavillion shopping centre. They insist that the vouchers can only be redeemed online. It's so annoying.
