Fishaways app problem

Fishaways app is picking up wrong location am in fochville and placed a order via app but it didn't pick up fishaways fochville it pick up carltonville so my order went to carltonville fishaways and my way order was a pick up so they want to travel to carltonville or pay R50 for delivery. I mean it's not my fault the pick up wrong location so now 8 have to extra for my order this totally wrong
