FISHAWAYS

I have placed an order at 14:05 at Fishaways Newcastle SASOL garage. The lady who assisted me with My order said that it would take about 40-45 minutes to get delivered to my address and I confirmed it again with her before ending the call. After 1 hour 30mintues my food gets delivered. In the interim, I have called the store about 10 times to get hold of a manager on duty or someone who can assist me in tracking my order and everytime I got cut off. I am truly disappointed with the kind of service I received from Fishaways. More reason being my dad was discharged from hospital and was waiting for the food to be delivered. Their service rendered to me as a customer was that of being *********** with timing and taking responsibility of their mistake.
