Fishaways

I was sick with severe food poisoning on the 12th January 2024 from ordering fishaways takeaway. 13th January I couldn't go to work because I was in severe pain and dehydration, I was then admitted into the ER with 4 drips and blood tests. Unfortunately the blood tests weren't taken because I couldn't afford it. I could only afford my hospital bill. I was then still sick until the following Monday 16th January until 19th January. I placed the complaint the Tuesday 17th January 2024. I handed in all necessary information regarding the incident. On Saturday the 20th January at 15:43 I received a call from fishaways saying that the investigation is still taking place I should expect a call by the Monday 22nd January. From there I have not received anything. I then sent a email to fishaways 24th January 2024 it was rejected and was placed under ****. I am not happy. It is 6th February 2024 and I still haven't received any compensation.
