Fishawayd Ormonde Disgusting !!!

I placed an online order from Fishaways Ormonde (3.5km away from my delivery address) after waiting for 2 hours, and after phoning in 3 times and spoke to a very rude lady who informed me I must wait the store is busy the driver is ons his way. On his way for 2 hours ? For 3.5km ? Fishaways...do you make your delivery people walk to their destination that it takes so long ? Order was placed 12:21, it arrived 14:05. ICE COLD !!! I am disgusted to say the least.
