Fishaways Chris Hani- undersized meal and undercooked food

This review applies to Fishaways Chris Hani. On 17 October an order was placed for a medium meal, a small meal was sent instead, with undercooked rice. When this was brought to the attention of the store, due to a refund not being processed by ***, their "customer care" was indifferent and did not apologise for the inconvenience. This was not the first time I experienced this from the store. I recommend not ordering from this branch. I have no experience with the other branches but absolutely appalled at the service all around.
